1. Who we are

2. In short
This site has no forms, accounts, comment sections, ads, or visitor analytics, and we do not set tracking cookies. The data involved is very limited, as explained below.
3. Data we process
- Technical visit data. The hosting server records your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, and access times (server logs). The purpose is security and reliable service.
- Preferences on your device. Your language and theme (light or dark) choices are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). This data is not sent to our servers and you can delete it in your browser settings.
- Communication. If you email us, we process your email address, your name (if you give it), and the content of your message in order to reply.
4. Google Maps
The Contact section shows a map from Google Maps. The map only loads when that section is close to your screen. When it loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google may process your IP address and set cookies under Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive that data. You can avoid it by not scrolling to the map and using the “Open in Google Maps” link if you need it.
5. Our other sites and outbound links
Our other sites (Rinaldi Production, RamaTools, the portfolio, and bio) have their own policies. Website order data is governed by the privacy policy at web.ramahrinaldi.id. Other third-party sites follow their own policies.
6. Purposes and legal bases
- Keeping the site secure and running (legitimate interest).
- Answering your enquiries (at your request).
- Meeting legal obligations, such as bookkeeping and official requests from authorities.
7. Retention
Server logs follow the hosting provider’s policy and are generally kept for a limited time. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle correspondence and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
8. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may only be shared with service providers who help us operate (hosting and email) and with authorities where the law requires it. Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside Indonesia.
9. Security
The site uses HTTPS, a content security policy (CSP), and other security headers. No system is completely immune, but we protect data with reasonable measures. If a data protection failure affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Your rights
Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request deletion or end of processing;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- object to certain processing.

11. Children
This site is meant for the general public and businesses, not for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
